Nokia Lumia 710 Comes To T-Mobile

For the majority of the year, technology analysts have been speculating about the upcoming results of the much publicized Microsoft/Nokia partnership. Nokia’s Windows Phone 7 (WP7) powered handsets went on sale in Europe and Asia earlier this year, but not in the US… until now. T-Mobile announced that the Nokia Lumia 710 will be available on their network in early 2012. The handset will sell for $99 with a 2 year contract, but will include a $50 rebate bringing the total cost down to a mere $49. A sub-$50 smartphone??? This may turn out to be a good move for both T-Mobile and Microsoft. Have the Windows Phones officially landed?
