When Will Apple Reach A $1 Trillion Valuation?

Apple Inc is the most valuable company in the world. The Cupertino, California-based firm has an current valuation of $670 Billion. As we head into the holiday season, which has always proved to be very successful for Apple, investors are hoping for big numbers. I recently came across this article on valuewalk.com. The author suggests that Apple may be the first company ever to reach a $1 Trillion valuation. In order to do this, Apple’s stock would need to reach $167 per share (it is currently trading for about $115 per share). This target will not likely be reached in 2015, but could be a possibility for 2016 or even 2017. Coincidentally, Microsoft is the second most valuable technology company in the world with a total valuation just under $410 Million.
