T-Mobile Found Guility Of Labor Law Violations

T-Mobile has been doing all kinds of creative marketing in the cellular world. They’ve been gaining ground on AT&T and Verizon, but now the provider got slapped with a labor lawsuit. The Labor Relations Board found the company guilty of violating labor laws yesterday. The board’s decision was related to statements in the T-Mobile employee handbook that concerned wage discussions and complaints about working conditions. These were found to violate the National Labor Relations Act and T-Mobile will be fined accordingly.
