WhatsApp Adds Free Calling Feature To iOS App

WhatsApp has been a popular messaging application since it arrived in 2009. Facebook snatched up the tiny startup in 2014 for a whopping $19 Billion. Since then, the app has continued to grow in popularity. Now the firm has announced they’re adding free VOIP calling to the upcoming iOS version. The Android version already supports this functionality. Needless to say, the app will allow users to make free voice calls without expending minutes on their voice plan.
