Federal Court Rules In Favor Of Net Neutrality

Last week, a US Federal Court ruled to uphold the FCC’s net neutrality rules. AT&T, Comcast, and other service providers are opposing these rules claiming they are not good for business. When asked for comment AT&T attorney David McAfee stated, “We have always expected this issue to be decided by the Supreme Court, and we look forward to participating in that appeal.” So this is a big win for consumers, but there is another battle coming.
