Win10 Adds Privacy Controls, But No “Opt Out” Setting

Every since Microsoft released Windows 10 in 2015, privacy advocates have criticized their data collection techniques. After numerous requests and potential litigation, Microsoft added new privacy controls this month. However, the “opt out” feature still appears to be missing. It’s not uncommon for operating systems to gather data about the users, but there is typically a way to shut it off. It appear Microsoft has no interest in that option.
