Now, the latest numbers from StatCoutner indicate Android has surpassed Windows as the most used operating system on the Internet. These figures include desktop, laptop, tablet, and smartphone devices. Over the last 5 years, Android has steadily grown in popularity while Windows has fallen. Last month, Statcounter claims the lines intersected making Android the most popular OS in the world. This just shows the popularity of mobile computing in this day and age.
