Google Is Building Their Own Quantum Chip

Quantum computing has been a hot IT topic for almost a decade. Microsoft recently expanded their quantum SDK to more platforms and Intel revealed their latest quantum chip at CES. IBM has been touting their quantum cloud, and now Google is getting involved. The company has been working on a quantum computing chip named Bristlecone. Featuring 72-qubits, Google is confident their design will be the first (or at least the best) to market.
