Microsoft Extends Support For Skype Classic

Since Microsoft bought Skype in 2011, users have complained about some changes. As of version 8, Microsoft completely redesigned the software, dubbing versions 7 and earlier Skype Classic. The software firm had plans to cease support for Skype Classic later this month, but the date has been postponed after much user backlash. The official Microsoft blog post cliams support will continue “for some time.”
