NASA Is Launching A Laser Satellite To Study Earth’s Ice

NASA is about to launch a laser satellite into space. However, it’s not part of Space Force. Instead, it’s a scientific instrument designed to measure the Earth’s melting ice. The $1 Billion satellite carries some incredible technology. The laser system can measure blocks of ice from space with an accuracy of 1/2 cm. Wow!
