Study: Social Media Leads To Depression

A recent study published by the University of Pennsylvania indicates there may be a connection between social media use and depression. More specifically, the study indicated reducing social media usage also reduced feelings like loneliness, anxiety, and depression in test subjects. Needless to say, these are difficult things to measure, but the results are certainly interesting.
