A recent class action lawsuit has Apple back in court. This one alleges Apple failed to install dust filters in Macbook and iMac models sold after 2013. Reportedly, the lack of filters has led to various performance and screen problems on these models. The lawsuit states, “we believe Apple owes it to the purchasers of these premium, high-end computers to pay for the widespread defect, and we seek to represent iMac owners to recover their losses in costs to repair this defect.”
