Humans Triumph Over Robots In The Hotel Industry

Back in 2015, we reported about the Henn na Hotel in Japan. The first of its kind hotel was to be almost entirely staffed by robots. Several years have passed and hotel is powering off many of the robots finding the majority of guests prefer human attendants. It turns out there were a number of humans required to keep the robots charged and assist guests when their questions were too difficult for the robots to answer. After much feedback, the hotel is removing many of the robotic staff members, but will still have several robots as attractions.
