Hardware Makers Are Ceasing Chinese Production

Makers of servers and network devices (such as Mitac, Wiwynn, Foxconn, and others) are shifting production away from China in the wake of recent tariffs from the US government. Reportedly, some of these companies already have plants in Taiwan and or Mexico, but others are building new plants to replace the ones in China. The change will likely cause a price hike to consumers of their products. Some analysts say it will be 12% or more, but the exact amount is unknown.
