SpaceX To Conduct Starhopper Test Today

SpaceX has plans to perform a test of their Starhopper spacecraft later today. It will rise 650 feet into the air and then land safely if all goes well. The test will be performed from the company’s facility in Brownsville, TX. The residents of nearby Boca Chica Village have been warned to evacuate their homes during the test. Reportedly, SpaceX is not concerned with the vehicle crashing into the home, but is worried that an over-pressure event could break windows of nearby houses.
