Google Glass Facial Recognition Software Coming

Ever since Google released Glass to developers last month, the Internet has been abuzz with privacy concerns. One of the major debates involves it’s ability to take pictures, record video, and do facial recognition. Google mad a public announcement that Glass will not support facial recognition, at least not in the initial release. However, Lambda Labs has invented their own facial recognition software for Glass and is planning to make it available when the retail version ships. Yikes! I can see this being a privacy nightmare.
