Boeing Shows Off The CST-100

Earlier this week, Boeing gave the world a glimpse inside their latest commercial space vehicle. The CST-100 is a gumdrop-shaped spacecraft designed to shuttle astronauts to and from the International Space Station (ISS). The interior photos (one pictured above) show two pilot seats facing a large control panel, along with a bench that can accommodate up to 5 more people. The CST-100, commonly called the space taxi, is expected to take flight in late-2015 or early-2016.
