CES 2014: Windows Devices That Run Android Apps?

The 2014 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) is right around the corner. We’ve heard rumors of LG’s Chromebase PC, curved UltraHD TVs from Samsung, and more… but here’s a really interesting one. Reportedly, several manufacturers are planning to release PC Plus devices at CES. What is a PC Plus device? A simple concept. It is a Windows 8.1 system with the ability to run Android apps, either by dual booting, or using emulation. The details are still a bit foggy, but could this be true? Are Windows tablets and phones ready for the Android ecosystem?
