Sprint Gives Up On T-Mobile Acquisition

AT&T tried to purchase T-Mobile back in March of 2011. In December of that same year, AT&T withdrew the T-Mobile bid. In March of this year, Sprint announced plans to acquire T-Mobile. In June we heard that the merger was progressing and terms were being finalized. Earlier this week however, Sprint withdrew their T-Mobile bid. The company also announced they’ll be replacing their current CEO Dan Hesse. Evidently there are some major changes going on over at Sprint.
