Sony Unveils PlayStation Vue TV Service

Sony has introduced a new cloud-based TV service called PlayStation Vue. They haven’t unveiled the pricing information yet, but they claim 75 major cable networks are involved in the offering. They have also announced that the beta program will commence this month. It will be available to certain Playsation 3 and 4 owners by invite. Sony has plans to support non-Sony devices like Apple’s iPad in the future. They expect the commercial version of PlayStation Vue to arrive during the first quarter of 2015.
