Chrome Adds Support For MIDI Instruments

Google’s Chrome browser supports hardware MIDI instruments as of version 43. This means, you can plug in a MIDI keyboard, go to a website, and record audio directly into the cloud. Undoubtedly, Musicians will love this new feature. Think of the collaborative possibilities, when all you need is an instrument an a web browser to create music. Bands could literally record albums from multiple countries at once. It’s pretty amazing!
