New Raspberry Pi ULPC Costs A Mere $5

Happy Black Friday geeks! As most of you know, we have been following Raspberry Pi’s ULPC (Ultra Low cost PC) releases since 2011. Needless to say, the tiny PC has gained a following with DIY fans, modders, and supporters of Open Source hardware. The company also released their own Linux distribution. Earlier this year, the CHIP arrived on the ULPC scene with a $9 computer. Not to be outdone, Raspberry Pi has released their latest model, the Raspberry Pi Zero. This ULPC is only 65mm x 30mm x 5mm but is powered by a 1 GHz ARM processor and features 512 MB RAM. Here’s the best part… it retails for a mere $5. Now this is a revolutionary price point!
