Huawei Unveils “Classy” Mobile Devices At CES

As CES gets into full swing, we’ve seen some trends emerging. Among the popular items are a slew of wearable devices. Huawei, who is known for their thin smartphones, released a couple new Android-powered devices at CES and they’re targeted at the “classy” consumer. The company’s latest Mate smartphones and Jewel smartwatches feature elegant gold finishes. Huawei is known for providing cost effective hardware and these products are intended for a slightly different clientele. Ironically, the smartwatches, designed in conjunction with Swarovski, are specifically targeted at female customers. Most smartwatches do have a masculine look to them, so this may be an overlooked market.
