Scott Kelly Announces His Retirement From NASA

Earlier this month, Scott Kelly returned to Earth after spending a year aboard the International Space Station (ISS). The astronaut just announced he’ll be retiring next month after 20 years with NASA. Scott and his twin brother Mark Kelly took place in an experiment the resulted in Scott’s extended stay on ISS. It turns out he was slightly taller when he returned. NASA is continuing examinations of the two brothers and more findings will be published soon. When Kelly retires next month, he will hold the record for most cumulative time in space, 520 days.
