Every Browser Will Soon Be A VR Platform

The latest version of Google Chrome has added support for WebVR. This means any device running the Chrome browser (including smartphones and tablets) is a potential VR platform. To get the “full” VR experience, the user would need a VR headset, but any VR-enabled website can be viewed through the browser interface with no plug-ins.
