SpaceX Completes Falcon Heavy Rocket Test

SpaceX completed a milestone test of their Falcon Heavy rocket earlier today. The massive space vehicle may eventually carry astronauts and cargo to Mars. The firm tested a single engine at their facility in McGregor, Texas. The completed rocket will have 3 of these engines for the first stage. SpaceX has plans put the Falcon Heavy into orbit as early as 2018 with a Mars mission looming around mid-2020.
