Dutch Officials Say Windows 10 Violates Privacy Laws

The Dutch government has concluded Microsoft’s latest operating system violates the country’s privacy laws because of the way it handles telemetry metadata. Evidently they found Microsoft collects all kinds of other data as part of this process. Microsoft disagrees and has posted a public rebuttal. It will be interesting to see how this shakes out.
