Intel Nervana Aims To Further AI Development

Intel just released their Nervana line of processors. The chips are focused at a specific market, Artificial Intelligence (AI) vendors. Intel is calling the CPU a Neural Network Processor (NNP) and says it will be useful in industries like social media, health care, automotive, and weather forecasting. Intel hopes their NNP architecture will help further the development of AI in general and make it more accessible to everyone.
