Facebook Drama Continues

As we discussed during the last podcast, the Cambridge Analytica scandal recently brought scrutiny to the Facebook’s privacy practices. In the wake of this, CEO Mark Zuckerberg made a public statement that was less than impressive, and the company updated their terms of service. A memo from 2016 also surfaced that does nothing to help the situation. More recently, Facebook admitted they have been spying on your Messenger chats, and the Cambridge Analytica fiasco appears to have affected 87 Million users (opposed to the original 50 Million estimate). This story just keeps unfolding.
