Google Unveils AIY Kits

Google has long been interested in the AI (artificial intelligence) space. In 2016, the company unveiled the first robotic piano composition and this year brought their first AI camera. These are just a couple examples, but now the search giant wants to put the power in your hands. Google just unveiled the AIY kit. As the name implies, it is a combination of AI and DIY. The board attaches to a Raspberry Pi and they’re even selling pre-packaged Vision (camera) and Voice (audio) kits with everything you need to get started, including a cardboard case. The Vision and Voice kits will be available at Target stores for $89 and $49 respectively.
