Facebook Confims They Share Data With China

In April of this year, Facebook was under heavy fire from privacy advocates. Most of this was related to the Cambridge Analytica scandal which led to several celebrities taking a stand against Facebook. Now the social network is under fire again as they confirm involvement with Chinese firms like Huawei and ZTE, both flagged as security threats by the US government in 2012. Reportedly, Facebook had a data sharing partnership with several Chinese firms. They claim the partnership did not violate the privacy agreement with Facebook members, but that is a rather complicated document.
