Microsoft Wants Windows 10 Powered Robots

Microsoft recently posted a blog entry about what they’re doing for the future of robots. The company has plans to release ROS (Robotic Operating System) for Windows which they demoed at ROSCon this week. The demo device was built by Robotis and powered by ROS v1 running on Windows 10 IOT. It will be intreating to see how this goes for manufacturing and other highly robotic industries.
