Word 2016 Lets You Edit/Save PDF Files

For years, folks have wished Microsoft Office would support PDF format. More recent versions of Word have allowed documents to be saved as PDFs, but users have long relied on Adobe Acrobat (or a host of alternatives) for this functionality. However, Word 2016 now supports the Adobe PDF format in it’s entirety. In other words, you can now open a PDF made with Acrobat, edit it in Word, and re-save it as a PDF. Dang! It’s about time.
