80% Of Win10 Users Haven’t Installed The Oct Update

Microsoft’s October 2018 update had a number of problems which led to numerous delays. The update finally arrived in December. However, it appears Windows users aren’t trusting the belated code as a recent survey indicates 80.2% of consumers have not installed it. Since the next update is expected to arrive in the Spring, many users may just wait until then to upgrade.
