Firefox Adds New Privacy Features

Mozilla’s Firefox browser is adding a couple new features designed specifically for user privacy. Two such features aim to curb two of the web’s annoyances. First, the browser will now allow the user to specifically block cryptominers and fingerprinters. The former allows websites to use your computer to mine cryptocurrency, not for your benefit, and the latter is a way to track you even if the “don not track” option is enabled. Both of these are only available in the nightly builds, but undoubtedly they’ll make their way into the full version eventually.
