Apple Watch To Become More Indepndent At WWDC?

Apple’s annual WWDC event will kick off next month. There have been a lot of rumors and predictions that range from new iPhones to new Macs to new software suites, but one in particular got our attention. Bloomberg just published a list of predictions and among them is more independence for the Apple Watch.

Reportedly, Apple may be adding a watchOS version of the App Store to the wearable device, allowing users to add third-party capabilities to the Watch without having to open the Watch app on their phones. Essentially, the Apple Watch is becoming more independent. Being that they already decoupled Internet access from the iPhone, this seems like a good move.
