Yet another fun celestial event happened overnight and into this morning. Last night was the strawberry moon, which is just a fancy name for the last full moon before the summer solstice. It’s name dates back to an adage that indicated wild strawberries should be harvested before the longest day of the year. Additionally, it often has a pink cast making it even more strawberry-like.
