Apple Releases New iPods, iTunes, and AppleTV!

Apple’s much anticipated special event was held this morning in San Francisco, CA. The Mac maker released redesigned and more compact versions of the iPod shuffle, iPod nano, and AppleTV. The new iPod nanos (shown above) have multi-touch screens and use a belt clip like the (even more petite) iPod shuffles. The updated (and much smaller) AppleTV now features an A4 processor, no internal storage, and an attractive price point of $99. Not to be outdone, the iPod touch received a handful of new features like dual cameras, FaceTime support, HD video recording, and a Retina display. To top it off, Apple updated their infamous iTunes application to version 10, and thier iOS platform to version 4.1. Event attendees even got a special preview of the upcoming iOS 4.2.
