SpaceX Unveils Starship, A Resuable Heavy Rocket

SpaceX revealed plans for a new reusable heavy rocket, called Starship, earlier this week. Reportedly, the 223 foot tall spacecraft can be configured to carry cargo or passengers, and can easily reach Mars. During the unveiling event, SpaceX CEO Elon Musk suggested the rocket may someday reach Saturn.

Now for the fun part, SpaceX wants to have the rocket flight ready next year. They expect the first unmanned flight to happen in the next two months. Wow! That’s a crazy timeline. Starship may be employed for space tourism and will likely carry the first group of tourists to the Moon.
