Over 50% Of Kids Have Smartphones By Age 11

According to recent statistics from Common Sense Census, over 50% of children in the US have smartphones by age 11. If that seems crazy, consider the same study three years prior indicated the 50% mark wasn’t reached until age 14. What’s more, the study showed 1 in 5 kids have their first smartphone by age 8. It appears smartphone users just keep getting younger.
