Google Allows iPhones To Act As Authentication Keys

Google just made a change that allows iPhone users to setup their phone as a 2 factor authentication key. Unfortunately, it works solely with iOS Chrome browser and only for Google accounts, but still… it shows progress. Android devices got this functionality last year, but now iPhone users can access the feature. Accessing this capability on iOS requires the Google SmartLock app be installed first.
