Microsoft Releases New Edge Browser

In 2018, Microsoft announced they were revamping the Edge browser. They were sunsetting the EdgeHTML engine and designing the new version around the Chromium engine. Last year, Microsoft added a beta channel for the new web browser and has released new builds approximately every 6 weeks. Earlier this week, the first stable version was made public and is available for download. There are builds available for Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 10, macOS, iOS, and Android.
