SpaceX Dragon Crew Capsule Docks With ISS

After scrubbing the mission due to weather last week, SpaceX was able to successfully launch its first manned mission yesterday. The Dragon capsule docked with the International Space Station (ISS) earlier today. The two NASA astronauts aboard the spacecraft were able to enter ISS marking the first time a private sector company had ferried humans to the space station. It also marked the first time a crewed mission launched off American soil since 2011 when the Space Shuttle Atlantis was decommissioned.
