Windows 10 Users Get The New Edge

Microsoft announced they were redesigning the Edge browser back in 2018. The company decided to ditch their existing codebase and built the new Edge off the Chromium codebase – used in Google’s Chrome browser. The released the first stable version earlier this year and now Microsoft is ready to roll it out to Windows 10 users. Windows Update will replace the old Edge browser with the Chromium-based version starting today. Unlike many previous updates, you will not be able to uninstall this one.
