Apple Stores Now Accepting Mac Trade-Ins

Apple implemented a trade-in program several years ago. It allows current Apple device owners to trade their current hardware for a newer device and get partial credit for their old one. At first the program was online only, but soon after, customers were able to trade-in their iPads, iPhones, and Apple Watches in person. This week Apple extended the trade-in program to also include Mac desktops and laptops – at least for stores in the US and Canada. So, if your Macbook is getting kinda long in the tooth, you can take it to an Apple Store, get partial credit, and walk out with a new one.
