Microsoft has been talking about a redesigned Start menu for a while now. They recently started rolling it out but in a very sneaky way. The latest build, Windows 10 build 20161, is only available through the Dev Channel. Furthermore, Microsoft is only enabling the new Start menu on a subset on the downloads. This is their way of doing A/B testing. However, there is a workaround that allows all user to see the new Start menu.
