SpaceX Safely Returns Astronauts From Space

SpaceX made history in May when their first manned space mission docked with the International Space Station (ISS). Yesterday, they did it again as the Dragon capsule successfully splashed down off the coast of Florida. This is the first time the US has transported astronauts from ISS to Earth since the decommission of the Space Shuttle in 2011. It also represents the first private sector space flight with a crew aboard. This is great news for the future of space exploration.
