Steve Jobs Resigns From Apple

Yesterday, Apple CEO Steve Jobs announced that he is resigning from the position he has held since 1998. He also announced that Tim Cook will be his successor. This news came as a shock to a lot of people, but being that he has had health problems for the last several years… it is not surprising. Jobs, former GOTW,  was a co-founder of Apple computer, founder of NeXT, and the driving force behind Pixar’s success. This is definitely a “changing of the guard” for Apple. It will be interesting to see what changes are in store with a new CEO.
