App Tracking Settings Arrive In iOS 14.5

Late last year when Apple announced thier plans to implement App Tracking Transparency (ATT), Facebook had a meltdown. The company agreed to delay the implementation until 2021 and now we’re seeing the first signs. With the release of iOS 14.5, Apple has added a new “Ask App not to Track” option to their Privacy settings. If this option is slected, all apps will need to request permission to track you. There are more features like this coming in future iOS updates.
